Job Details

AMN Healthcare is seeking a skilled Histotechnologist to join our team. As a Histotechnologist, you will play a critical role in preparing tissue samples for microscopic examination, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tissue samples for histopathological examination
  • Operate microtomes and other laboratory equipment
  • Conduct quality control checks on tissue samples
  • Collaborate with pathologists and other laboratory staff to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Histotechnologist
  • ASCP certification in Histotechnology
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
