Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Histotechnologist to join our team at AMN Healthcare. As a Histotechnologist, you will play a critical role in preparing tissue samples for microscopic examination, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tissue samples for histopathological examination, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microtomes and staining machines.
  • Develop and implement effective staining techniques to enhance tissue visualization.
  • Collaborate with pathologists and other laboratory staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pathology laboratory setting.
  • ASCP HT/HTL certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail, physical dexterity, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
