- Supporting multiple leaders with their schedules, reports, and travel arrangements.
- Handling office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining the office cleanliness, and communicating with facilities department.
- Providing reception support by greeting job applicants, preparing agendas for meetings, and screening incoming calls.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
