Job Responsibilities
  • Provide Expert Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality care to residents in post-acute care facilities
  • Collaborate with Medical Staff: Work with residents, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Document Resident Histories: Accurately document resident histories and interventions, ensuring compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Lead and Train Staff: Provide training and supervision to nurses and support staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient care delivery process
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Ohio State License: Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
  • Nursing Experience: Possess at least 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a similar role
  • Leadership and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
