Key Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Promote patients' independence by establishing realistic care goals and teaching patients and families to understand their conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, ensuring timely and effective patient outcomes.
This PRN position offers flexibility and variety, with a range of shifts and patients to care for. As a Registered Nurse at Community Health System, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Requirements- Current FL RN license
- Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred
- BLS, ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
- 0-2 years' experience, preferred
