About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Adams Keegan in Southaven. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our 125 employees and maintaining a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR issues for employees and managers.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees and address any concerns, mediating conflicts and promoting a respectful work environment.
  • Recruit a diverse workforce, retain employees, and develop equitable compensation programs.
  • Partner with the senior management team to provide problem-solving on critical HR issues.
  • Optimize HR processes, modernize, and refine activities aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Manage departmental budget and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, working closely with Legal Counsel.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and develop a talent development program.
  • Counsel, coach, and guide managers and staff in addressing concerns and complaints.
  • Mentor colleagues and develop leadership bench strength.
  • Attend and complete required training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
  • SHRM certification is desired.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Sincere commitment to Adams Keegan's faith-based values.

Estimated Salary Range:$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
