Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on compressed air equipment, including centrifugal and rotary compressors, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Conduct site visits to provide courtesy calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with account managers and management to identify opportunities for growth and increase service and aftermarket revenue.
  • Travel to assist other technicians as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, maintaining a positive image and reputation in the industry.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on compressed air equipment.
  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Ability to use computer and service software, with a basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Must have own basic hand tools and electrical meter, with a willingness to invest in personal development and training.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
