Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on compressed air equipment, including centrifugal and rotary compressors, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conduct site visits to provide courtesy calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with account managers and management to identify opportunities for growth and increase service and aftermarket revenue.
- Travel to assist other technicians as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, maintaining a positive image and reputation in the industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- 5-10+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on compressed air equipment.
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to customers.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Ability to use computer and service software, with a basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Must have own basic hand tools and electrical meter, with a willingness to invest in personal development and training.
- Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- $35.00+ /hr DOE, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
