Oracle CX Cloud Solutions Expert

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our North American Consulting organization as a Cloud Advisor+ team member. As a key member of our Collaborative Advisory Services team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers move to the cloud with confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, strategy, and vision for NAAC's Cloud Advisory+ advisory services across Commercial and Regulated markets.
- Assist in driving positive performance in the DC+ offering across revenue, bookings, profitability, headcount, and utilization.
- Participate in weekly reviews for key practice areas such as practice financials, sales pipeline, project health, project resourcing requirements, and consultant utilization performance.
- Manage accounts for client satisfaction, revenue growth, and reference generations.
- Deliver multiple profitable projects simultaneously across the Cloud Advisory+ SaaS Cloud portfolio using PMO standards and limit margin leakage when compared to the approved margin.
- Ensure a partner-friendly working environment with open communication, strong conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Assist with the development of NAAC Advisory services standards, methodology, processes, and tools.
- Provide Project Management and/or Solution Architecture oversight for projects using Oracle's standards for high quality, client satisfaction, and improving profitability.
- 8+ years of Project Management and delivery oversight of medium to large-scale ($500K to $10M) CX Cloud implementations with a similar consulting firm, software/technical provider, systems integrator, or Oracle Partner.
- Experience successfully leading, solutioning, and/or managing Oracle SaaS Cloud Implementations for SCM.
- Proven experience managing and motivating a team of matrixed resources and cross-functional processes.
- Comfort and experience in communicating with senior-level executives, key partners, and project team members, both informally and in formal presentations.
- Partner-friendly with open communication, strong conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding customer service with attention to detail and effective follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
