Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Intermountain Health Orem Community Hospital, Primary Children's at Riverton. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients develop the skills they need to live independently and participate fully in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient services, including therapy sessions and education, to help patients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure in the State of Utah.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Preferred: Certification in Occupational Therapy through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
This position is located at Intermountain Health Orem Community Hospital, Primary Children's at Riverton, in Riverton, Utah. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
