  • Incident Reporting and Investigation: Document any near misses or incidents and conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes.

  • Compliance and Certification: Maintain current certifications, including the New York State Department of Labor Asbestos Inspectors License and C-3/C-5 Supervisor/Competent Person Training for De-leading of Industrial Structures Certificate.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Successful completion of the 40-hour NYC-Department of Buildings Site Safety Manager Course and 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health (29 CFR 1926) Course. Minimum two (2) years of safety or safety-related experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Active member of American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), fluent in English, and able to read, write, and speak the language.
