Bekiares Eliezer LLP (Founders Legal) is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Practice Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients, with a focus on business formations, contract drafting and negotiation, private mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and securities, technology-related document drafting and transactions, and data privacy programs and policies.

Requirements:
  • ~3-5+ years of experience in the disciplines referenced above.
  • JD from a US accredited law school (with journal experience a requirement).
  • Admitted to practice, and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
  • Functional knowledge and understanding of data privacy legal regimes and their practical applications preferred (including GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and others).
  • One foreign language is a plus (with Spanish or Mandarin preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Must have the highest level of personal integrity, client confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Must be a fast learner who is capable of quickly understanding and internalizing new information, systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Must be comfortable with using and adopting new software tools and technology generally.
  • Must have the ability, dedication, and capacity to work in a hybrid in-person / remote capacity.
