We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team at Nemours Children's Hospital Orlando. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our young patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time, night shift position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse in our PICU, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill children, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Active Florida or multi-state RN license
  • Minimum of 6 months of RN experience in a pediatric critical care setting
  • National certification in area of clinical specialty (preferred)
