Job Description
As a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric intensive care unit
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
