We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Golden Corral. As a key member of our restaurant operations management team, you will be responsible for food production and operating the Back-of-the-House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems to ensure that the standards for quality food, recipes, and cleanliness are achieved for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee food production and preparation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our guests.
  • Manage the Back-of-the-House operations, including inventory management, food safety, and labor control.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Hospitality Manager to achieve restaurant goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Strong management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
  • Education and training in business or hospitality, or equivalent experience.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
