Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary

As a Dishroom Attendant at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This includes loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored, and organizing the dish room. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning food preparation and production areas, as well as hauling kitchen trash. This is a critical role in ensuring the overall cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a clean and safe kitchen area
Load, run, and unload dish machine
Ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are put away
Organize the dish room
Clean food preparation and production areas
Haul kitchen trash

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, be physically able to lift and move heavy objects, and have excellent attention to detail.
