As a Warehouse Associate at Target, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests
  • Ensuring accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests
  • Working safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Engaging in problem-solving to support continuous improvement
  • Lifting and carrying merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift
  • Lifting and carrying merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift
  • Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
  • Operating computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally
