  • Key Responsibilities:
Scoular's Operations Internship provides a deep dive into the daily functions of one of our numerous facilities across North America.

You will be at the core of our operations, learning the business, promoting a culture of safety, and engaging with our producers.


During the internship, you will:

Master the operations of a grain-handling facility, prioritizing results and safety Lead the daily activities of facility personnel by collaborating with the manager on training and guidance Become proficient in our safety protocols to ensure employee well-being and safeguard company resources Cultivate positive relationships with our clients, delivering exceptional customer service to foster a competitive and sustainable operation Gain insights from seasoned operations leaders in a dynamic, high-volume setting #LI-PM1 RequirementsWho You Are: Proactive, enjoys engaging in hands-on projects – you prefer not to be confined to a desk An aspiring leader with experience in clubs, athletics, projects, or student government Able to motivate others and foster teamwork and collaboration Eager to learn and implement innovative technologies Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Currently pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree After the Internship: The Scoular Pathways Program is a two-year development initiative designed to immerse new graduates in comprehensive, accelerated learning, aimed at driving profitability through diverse experiences, active networking, and continuous education. Throughout the two-year program, participants convene quarterly at our primary corporate locations to network, gain insights from organizational leaders, and deepen their understanding of Scoular and the industry. By the conclusion of the program, participants will possess a profound understanding of Scoular's operations and how to maximize potential.
