Key Responsibilities- Conduct basic diagnostics and perform repairs on heavy equipment
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Accurately complete all reports and forms related to work assignments
- 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Proficient knowledge of technical manuals and procedures
- Ability to lift at least 75 pounds repeatedly
- Basic Service Technician certification preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
