Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure a safe environment, provide emotional and social support, and address the physical needs and comfort of residents. You will deliver direct care as assigned, following each resident's care plan and under the guidance of your Supervisor. Additional duties may be assigned by community representatives. Adherence to all health, sanitation, and infection control policies is essential, along with maintaining established standards of practice as defined by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing according to state regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years (16 years old if currently enrolled in high school).
  • Proficient in English with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute both verbal and written directions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
  • Knowledge of proper safety and sanitation techniques.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours based on position requirements.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
Shift & Compensation:
  • Opportunities for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available.
  • Shifts Required:
    • 7 AM - 7 PM - Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
  • Hourly Wage: $21.00 - $23.00 (shift differentials applicable)
  • Signing Bonus: $2,500 for Full-Time positions (disbursed in equal installments at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of full-time employment)
