Job Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Plus. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Job Summary:

This Travel LPN position is a 13-week assignment with a competitive hourly rate of $25. The shift is day shifts, 36 hours per week, with weekends rotating. The ideal candidate will have experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, or clinics, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications, including controlled substances, and provide medication instructions to patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication accountability records.
  • Provide general nursing care, including vital sign monitoring, personal grooming, and hygiene assistance.
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as dialysis treatments and physical exams.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, or clinics.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
