Job Title: Cardiac Ultrasound Supervisor

At SolutionHealth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Ultrasound Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Cardiology Department, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and facilitating daily operations of the Non-Invasive Cardiology department.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Non-Invasive Cardiology department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Perform simple and complex diagnostic Cardiac testing ordered by physicians on adult patients, utilizing Philips Ultrasound Systems and Quinton Stress Labs.
  • Implement Medical Center and Departmental policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Provide clinical oversight for Cardiac Sonography and Non-Invasive team, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff competencies.
  • Develop and implement training programs, mentorship, and random audits to ensure staff competencies and adherence to departmental standards.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of an accredited cardiac ultrasound program.
  • Minimum eligibility for RDCS Boards and/or potential to earn RDCS credential within 1 year.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, as well as working knowledge of Philips Ultrasound Systems and Quinton Stress Labs.
  • Ability to make independent clinical decisions within scope of practice.
  • Able to prioritize and organize work independently.
