Cardiac Sonographer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiogram procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Echocardiogram Procedures: Conduct 2-D, M-Mode, Doppler, and 3-D LVEF echocardiograms, as well as trans-esophageal echocardiograms, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with Stress Echocardiograms: Participate in exercise stress and pharmacological stress echocardiogram procedures, and assist with pediatric (congenital) echocardiograms.
- Operate Complex Equipment: Safely and effectively operate advanced echocardiogram equipment, including ultrasound machines and computer systems.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with cardiologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Participate in quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure high-quality echocardiogram procedures and patient care.
- Education: Associate's degree from an accredited cardiac ultrasound program or RDCS/RCS-eligible background with 1 year of cardiac echo experience.
- Certifications: Certified through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in Adult Echocardiography or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) in Adult Echocardiography.
- Licensure: Licensed by the Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy in the state of New Hampshire.
