Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate tagging of all merchandise prior to display on the sales floor.
  • Assist in the unpacking and organization of products during shipment arrivals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the stockroom and sales areas.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures while fulfilling essential management duties.
  • Exemplify outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Support daily restocking efforts on the sales floor utilizing available tools.
  • Utilize inventory management systems effectively to track merchandise flow.
  • Participate in weekly inventory counts and necessary adjustments.
  • Enhance product knowledge on both new and core items, sharing insights with team members.
  • Exceed expectations for both internal and external customers consistently.
  • Encourage and develop team members through regular feedback and training on products and sales techniques.
  • Engage in weekly management discussions regarding sales trends, product assortment, and staffing needs.
  • Attend monthly staff meetings to stay informed on sales goals, product updates, and recognition of individual achievements.
  • Assist sales associates in locating items within the stockroom.
  • Support sales floor operations as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandise Manager on product placement and special projects.
  • Assist management with inventory-related initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all visual, operational, and safety policies.
  • Educate team members on loss prevention strategies.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures, including financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in a premium retail environment is essential.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in stock management.
  • Strong background in customer service is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
