  • Document and Analyze Production Data: Accurately record and analyze manufacturing records and statistics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and monitor KPIs to ensure production efficiency and quality.
  • Train and Develop Production Team: Provide training and development opportunities to production personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Facility Maintenance and Inspections: Oversee inspections of facility machinery and ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with OSHA and FDA regulations and maintain high-quality production standards.
  • Participation in Production Meetings: Participate in production meetings to discuss production plans, progress, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Certifications: LEAN / Six Sigma Certifications a plus.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of OSHA and FDA regulations.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory planning, and other production system variables.
