Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for full-time and part-time roles as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

About DD Homes Network:
With over 35 years of experience, DD Homes Network has been committed to providing essential community support for individuals with developmental disabilities in Illinois.

Role Responsibilities:
This entry-level position does not require prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), as we offer comprehensive paid training. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting residents with daily tasks and personal care, including toileting, bathing, and feeding.
  • Engaging residents in various recreational activities and supporting their individual goals.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
  • CNA certification is a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits:
