Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review service agreements, warranty options, cost estimates, work orders, and other essential documentation for repairs performed by service technicians.
  • Effectively communicate required repairs to clients scheduling service appointments, ensuring automotive technology is explained in an understandable manner.
  • Conduct follow-ups post-service appointments to confirm customer satisfaction with vehicle repairs.
  • Oversee all automotive documentation, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance logs.
  • Manage the service department calendar and schedule appointments for vehicle repairs efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with CDK software is preferred.
  • A valid, state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Prior experience in a service technician role or service department is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications is necessary.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
