Finance Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to support our Finance Executives on a 3-month contract. This role will work a hybrid schedule, Monday through Thursday, onsite in either Glendale or Santa Monica offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple Finance executives and team members, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
- Collaborate with executives to manage their calendars and time, proactively handling schedules, anticipating and resolving issues, and identifying necessary materials/files for meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Utilize technology to develop and maintain an efficient follow-up system, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring assignments are completed with minimal direction.
- Create a professional and positive environment for all who interact with the Finance team.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and undertake projects as assigned when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of previous Executive Administrative experience supporting senior level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Suite.
- Proven experience in supporting an executive office as a highly effective and integrated partner.
- Deadline-oriented, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions with sound judgement.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and adaptability to an evolving, high-demand environment.
