**Job Description:** Direct Support Professional - Community Living

Join AA & G Group Home LLC as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our community living program As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals, participate in their communities, and enjoy a good quality of life.

**Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with I/DD in daily living tasks, leisure activities, and health management
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure person-centered care planning and coordination

**Qualifications:

  • Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; or equivalent experience working with I/DD populations
  • Strong understanding of disability rights principles and practices; ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to work flexibly within a dynamic environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage competing demands

**Salary and Benefits:** An attractive annual salary range of $42,000 - $55,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
