This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring safety and quality by following all safety policies and procedures
  • Operating continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes
  • Handling raw materials and preparing batch mixtures
  • Monitoring process conditions to ensure product quality
  • Maintaining equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity requirements
  • Recording product inspection and process monitoring logs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General knowledge of Windows PC environment
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Demonstrated initiative to complete job assignments
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality - detailed inspections
  • Ability to follow operating instructions and safety procedures
  • 12-hour rotating shift (36/48 hour work weeks)
  • Able to work an evening shift
