Job Summary:

TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Digital Brand Advocate to join our team. As a Digital Brand Advocate, you will be responsible for optimizing the online customer experience on our client's website by working closely with vendors and internal teams.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced merchandising analyst with 1-2 years of digital/retail merchandising experience to work in a Fortune 40 company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Excel (basic functions) and experience working in a vendor relations or customer service type role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with vendors to optimize brand-focused online content, promotions, and inventory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment with strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform merchandising decisions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of digital/retail merchandising experience
  • Experience working in a vendor relations or customer service type role
  • Proficiency in Excel (basic functions)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
