  • Oversee the capital expenditure budget, maintenance repairs budget, and energy budget, ensuring expenditures are aligned with budgetary constraints.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, cost, and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or other relevant fields).
  • At least 8 years of experience in paper converting/paper & pulp manufacturing or paper mills.
  • At least 5 years of management experience.
