Senior Reliability Engineering Technologist

Position Type:
Full-time, Exempt role

Compensation Range:
$160,000 - $184,400

Role Overview:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge reliability assurance techniques
  • Work collaboratively with research and development, production, and customer service teams
  • Enhance and refine reliability testing methodologies
  • Utilize failure physics insights to develop innovative testing approaches
  • Create acceleration test-to-field models along with pass/fail criteria
  • Evaluate reliability challenges of emerging technologies and formulate resolution strategies
  • Leverage data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to enhance reliability practices
  • Champion Design for Reliability initiatives and guide interdisciplinary teams
  • Engage in industry conferences to remain informed on leading practices

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in engineering, physics, or a related discipline

  • Over 5 years of practical, hands-on technical experience
  • Fundamental understanding of reliability concepts and statistical analysis
  • Proven ability to innovate and address technical obstacles
  • Strong project management capabilities with a history of delivering results
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Travel Requirements: Occasional domestic and international travel, once or twice a year
