About the Role

Penn Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technician to join our team at our Cherry Hill location. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of medical imaging.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all aspects of mammographic imaging, including 3D and 2D mammography, biopsy, and needle localizations.
  • Employ proper patient positioning, technique selection, application of compression, and radiation protection devices.
  • Treat all patients professionally and maintain accurate time records.
  • Follow guidelines and regulations set forth by MQSA, FDA, and ACR.
  • Actively participate in patient follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • ARRT Mammography certification or registration by ARRT with certification within 12 months of hire.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate from an approved radiologic technology program.
  • 1+ years of radiology experience and 0-1 years of mammography experience.
