Your Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Operations Associate who is committed to supporting our field technician team. This position is not just a job; it is a career opportunity for those who genuinely care about their work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the warehouse and company grounds while providing essential support to field technicians.
  • Maintain open communication with dispatch and management.
  • Operate a vehicle with a trailer as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance professional growth.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering processes.

Qualifications:

This role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret schematics and diagrams (both in print and digitally), and a customer-focused mindset. Candidates should possess moderate computer skills, some experience in facility maintenance, and a keen attention to detail. Experience in plumbing, heating/cooling, or small engine repair is advantageous.


Essential Skills:

  • Mechanical proficiency
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to read and understand manufacturer instructions and schematics
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
  • Attention to detail

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.


Working Conditions:

Ability to work in extreme temperatures, perform heavy lifting, and endure loud noise levels. The role involves climbing, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and kneeling.


Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs. Ability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as necessary. Vision must be natural or corrected to ensure focus for close, distance, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception.
