Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically capable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires the ability to perform a variety of tasks with a focus on operating equipment to transport and store grain in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various pieces of equipment, including gates, conveyors, and locomotives, to transport and store grain.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and shoveling wheat.
  • Assist in equipment maintenance and perform repairs as needed.
  • Operate pneumatic gate openers and switch rail cars.
  • Perform sampling and quality control tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and extreme temperatures. The employee must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
