General Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated individuals eager to learn about ABA Therapy to enhance independence and life skills for those with Autism. Behavior Technicians will engage with clients of various ages. Candidates with backgrounds in mental health, developmental disabilities, early intervention, and child development are particularly well-suited for this role. We value individuals who are organized, committed to excellence, and eager to make a meaningful impact in a child's life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing individualized treatment plans in a one-on-one setting
  • Executing treatment goals and objectives as directed by a behavior analyst
  • Collecting data and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Facilitating educational, emotional, and social growth for assigned clients with support from the behavior analyst
  • Delivering intensive behavioral intervention services to clients

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Associate's degree or a minimum of 60 credits in a relevant field
  • Associate's degree or at least 60 credits in an unrelated field along with 300 documented hours of experience working with children
  • Experience working with children is essential

Medical Requirements:

  • Recent physical examination
  • Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity
  • Negative TB test documentation

Work Schedule: We offer both part-time and full-time positions, with hours ranging from 10 to 30 per week, typically between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., throughout the year. Schedules generally follow a Monday to Friday pattern.
