About the Role
Melmark is a nonprofit organization providing clinically-sophisticated evidence-based special education, residential, vocational, and therapeutic services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, medical complexities, and other neurological and genetic disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide educational instruction to students in a structured classroom environment
- Assist in developing and implementing teaching plans tailored to individual student needs
- Implement behavior management and clinical protocols effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support student growth and development

Salary Information and Schedule
- $26-$29/hour
- Monday to Friday schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Service Field, or Psychology
- Valid US driver's license and minimum age of 21
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
- Experience or interest in Applied Behavior Analysis and special education preferred
