- Standards Advocate: Collaborate with the Studio Director and/or Vice President to develop, enhance, and uphold top-tier documentation and constructability standards.
- Quality Assurance Leader: Conduct thorough QA/QC evaluations across various projects, ensuring every detail adheres to our high standards and project-specific requirements.
- Insightful Communicator: Present review outcomes to project teams, steering them towards solutions that improve clarity and compliance.
- Collaborative Problem Solver: Work alongside project teams to refine project specifics, navigate bidding challenges, and ensure seamless document coordination.
- On-Site Collaborator: Partner with the construction department through strategic meetings and site visits.

- Project Coordinator: Participate in project meetings addressing constructability challenges, collaborating with municipalities, subcontractors, and engineers.

- Resource Manager: Maintain a well-organized database of material resource documents, ensuring easy access to essential information.
