Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Financial Analyst - EVMS to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing Earned Value Management (EVM) activities on our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead EVM Implementation: Develop and execute EVM plans, including the preparation and submission of monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Cost Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) using Cobra.
  • Partner with Control Account Managers: Build strong relationships with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to support program execution while maintaining compliant EVM implementation in accordance with Peraton's EVM System Description.
  • Perform Complex Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned portions of a program or programs.
  • Coordinate Interdepartmental Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Track and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Develop and submit financial reports, statements, estimates, and other program deliverables to ensure effective management.
  • Resolve Financial Compliance Issues: Collaborate with program teams to resolve financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance: Possess an active Top Secret/Secret/Clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
  • EVMS Experience: Have experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), preferably with Cobra.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in program finance and financial planning and analysis.
  • Location: Be located in the DC Metro area and able to work in Chantilly, VA.
  • Computer Skills: Possess strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • US Citizenship: Be a US citizen.
