Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team at Rochester Regional Health Center. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-volume practice, performing a wide range of procedures, including dentoalveolar, trauma, implants, TMJ, benign pathology, and orthognathic surgery. The service area of over 1 million people presents a significant need for complex cases, allowing you to utilize your skills and expertise to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including dentoalveolar, trauma, implants, TMJ, benign pathology, and orthognathic surgery
  • Collaborate with other specialties, including General Dentistry, Oncology, Plastic Surgery, ENT, and Trauma Surgery
  • Teaching opportunities and resident supervision in expanding OMFS and General Practice Residency programs
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000.00 - $300,000.00, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation, including productivity-based incentives and bonus compensation.

Requirements
  • Completion of Residency Program in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school program
  • Board certification or eligibility and New York State license
