Job Title: DevOps Engineer

DCI Solutions is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation tools and scripts to streamline our development and deployment processes.
  • Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software releases.
  • Instrument code to collect relevant metrics and improve system performance.
  • Build and maintain safe and efficient build processes to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Create and maintain automated microservice deployments to our AWS environment.
  • Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks to manage our infrastructure and ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Support the DevOps pipeline to automate deployments to production and ensure seamless integration with our development teams.
  • Participate in planning, coordinating, scheduling, and directing technical support for migration of DevSecOps pipelines and microservices onto AWS.
  • Participate in government oversight of contractor software development activities.
Requirements:
  • MS in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of direct software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with managing software development teams, Cyber or C4ISR systems, and Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD processes and tools, security testing tools and techniques, microservices, and Docker containerization.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and coding and scripting with common languages.
  • Certification in AWS DevOps Engineer or similar AWS certification.
  • Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
