About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Draft Beer Ambassador Expert. This role requires someone who is passionate about craft beer and has excellent communication skills. As a Draft Beer Ambassador Expert, you will be responsible for educating guests about our beer selection and providing them with an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beer styles and flavors, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

In addition to a competitive hourly pay rate of $20 per hour, this role offers a sales-based incentive for those who excel in this area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and engage them in conversation about our beer selection
  • Assist guests with starting beer wall tabs and using the self-pour system
  • Provide expert recommendations on beer styles and pairings
  • Work collaboratively with servers and bartenders to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the beer wall, glassware, and beer cooler
  • Fulfill growler orders and ensure accurate transactions
