We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Genuine Hospitality Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to our beer wall is an unforgettable one.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for craft beer, excellent hospitality skills, and the ability to multitask. They will also have a strong desire to share their knowledge with others and provide expert recommendations on beer styles and pairings.

This is a sales-focused position, and the successful candidate will be rewarded with both an hourly pay rate and a sales-based incentive. The hourly rate of pay is $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless service
  • Assist guests with starting beer wall tabs and using the self-pour system
  • Provide expert recommendations on beer styles and pairings
  • Work collaboratively with servers and bartenders to ensure efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the beer wall, glassware, and beer cooler
  • Fulfill growler orders and ensure accurate transactions
