The Landscape Crew Member plays a crucial role in delivering tailored landscaping solutions that align with the unique visions and requirements of our clients. This position requires strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of horticulture, and innovative approaches to both landscape and hardscape installations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in landscape services, including planting, mulching, and hardscaping.
  • Possession of a valid Michigan Chauffeur's License.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Current DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Capability to perform labor-intensive tasks and manage both landscaping and snow removal services in various weather conditions.
  • Advanced understanding of landscaping techniques and the necessary equipment.
  • Successful completion of a management review and a 90-day probationary period.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate in Spanish.
  • Relevant licenses and certifications in the landscaping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service for both residential and commercial landscaping projects, as well as snow removal services.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.

Benefits:

Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance after 90 days of continuous employment. An education budget of $500 is available for the first year. After one year of continuous employment, employees can participate in the Savings Incentive Match Plan (SIMPLE) IRA, along with profit-sharing opportunities.
