Job Summary

As a Cafe Associate at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members. This role requires a passion for food preparation and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will work as part of a team to ensure that our cafe is clean, organized, and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that products are rotated and stocked properly.

Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred.
  • Food Safety Certification: Must have a valid food safety certification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with others.
