We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Stylist to join our team at Blo Blow Dry Bar. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional hair styling skills and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every client leaves the salon feeling valued and satisfied.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling services, and maintaining a strong understanding of our product offerings.
- Team Management: Manage and motivate the salon team, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that everyone is working towards common goals.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Cosmetology License: Hold a current and valid cosmetology license for the state.
- Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a salon environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Competitive Compensation: Earn a competitive hourly rate of $45.00 per hour.
