Lead Stylist

Blo Blow Dry Bar is a leading hair and beauty industry brand with a strong presence in North America and internationally. We're dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a fun, professional work environment.

We're seeking a talented and passionate Lead Stylist to join our team As a key member of our salon team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional hair styling services to our clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

• Ensure the bar's vibe and hair is consistent with Blo brand standards
• Manage bloer recruitment and training through Blo's signature Blo U(niversity)
• Mentor and up-train existing bloers so they are always blo-ing to their true styling potential
• Be a role model and Blo brand ambassador
• Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
• The ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturday) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
• Salon experience an asset

$45.00 per hour
