Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for originating and closing mortgage loans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to identify and pursue mortgage loan opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough credit analyses and provide loan recommendations to clients.
  • Originate and close mortgage loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, processors, and closers, to ensure seamless loan processing.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • NMLS license for the state you are working in, or hold a Federal Bank License.
  • 1-5+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
