Nurse Practitioner - Clinic (Days) New London NH

At Della Infotech, Inc., we are seeking an experienced FAMILY MEDICINE REGISTERED NURSE to join our team in a dynamic outpatient clinical environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to take on new challenges and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a registered nurse with at least 2 years of current family medicine/clinic experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong clinical office experience, including phone triage skills.
  • A background in EPIC EMR is highly desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess, plan, organize, provide, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process and critical thinking.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
