Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pilates Studio Teacher to join our team at Club Pilates. As a Reformer Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering expert instruction in Pilates using various equipment.

About the Role:

  • Teach group reformer classes, private and semi-private training, and intro classes as scheduled by management.
  • Ensure equipment is safe and in good working order before each class.
  • Responsible for returning equipment to standards set by the studio and completing cleaning protocols after each shift.
  • Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions to generate new business.
  • Stay up-to-date with Club Pilates education standards and implement them at all times.

Requirements:

  • 450-hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Chair & Springboard).
  • Up-to-date CPR training or willingness to obtain.
  • Demonstrates anatomical knowledge and focus on safety.
  • Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience teaching 6 or more participants.

Compensation and Benefits:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience), plus opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This part-time position requires an evening and/or early morning shift, along with two weekend shifts per month.
